Hello!

Thanks for stopping by! I knew I wanted to be an artist when I wrote and drew a book about manatees in the third grade. Since then, this love of art has grown into a 10+ year career in design.

My expertise includes branding, digital design, signage, social media, print, illustration, e-commerce, web design, and digital marketing. I use a human-centered approach to solving design problems and I love working with folks who connect people to wild places.

When I’m not pushing pixels around, you can find me playing in the Wasatch mountains trail running, fly-fishing, or searching for rock art. I am an avid outdoorswoman and have taken immersive wilderness courses where I learned how to backpack, sea kayak, rock climb, and mountaineer. I am an advocate for preserving the wilderness and spent two summers as a backpacking instructor with Women’s Wilderness in Boulder, CO. Also, I hold a Wilderness First Responder Certification, a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training certification and a UX Design Certification through Neilsen Norman Group.

“I was impressed by Liz’s drive to complete projects and challenge herself conceptually. Even when projects were stressful, Liz kept her cool, and communicated effectively.”

-Eryn Pierce, NOLS Art Director

“Liz took on the daunting task of developing a logo without a lot of guidance from me. To say she took the ball and ran with it would be an understatement. She not only ran with the ball, she scored a touch down.”

-Mark Mills, CEO Sea Glass Consulting

“Liz has an attention to detail and dedicated focus that makes her an excellent designer.”

- Kristen Lovelace, NOLS Senior Designer
